摘 要:目的探讨心理健康教育对护士生活质量的影响。方法将所选200名护士分为实验组100名和对照组100名,实验组对护士分别进行有针对性的进行心理健康教育11个月,对照组不做任何干预。比较干预后两组护士生活质量及生活指数变化的情况。结果通过心理健康教育11个月后实验组在生活质量在生理领域、心理领域、独立性领域及社会关系领域等方面WHOQOL-100分数显著增高,两者数据有统计学差异。结论采用个体与集中相结合的健康教育能有效改善临床护理人员的心理健康状态,提高护士生活质量。Objective To explore the effection of psychological health education to the living quality of the nurse.Methods Two hundreds nurses were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and control group,each contained 100 cases.The experimental group of nurses was targeted for psychological health education for 11 months,the control group without any intervention.The data of the nurses' quality of life and life index changes were compared between the two groups after been interfered.Results The WHOQOL-100 Scores of living quality in physiological,psychological,independence and social relationship were significantly increased in experimental group after psychological health education for 11 months.Conclusions Using the combined individual and collective health education for the clinical nurses can effectively improve the mental health state and their life quality.
