摘　　要：传统的基于MQ问题的公钥加密方法都很难抵御插值法的攻击,提出了一种全新的公钥加密方案。这种方法可以很好地抵御插值法的攻击,给构造基于MQ问题的公钥加密方法提供了新的思路。Based on MQ problem of the traditional public key encryption methods are difficult to resist the attack of interpolation method,in this paper a new type of public-key cryptosystem has been brought up that can be against attack of Interpolation method.This method provides us with a new way to construct public key encryption of methods based on MQ problems.
