摘　　要：通过C#语言开发财务分析教学软件的背景,阐述软件的主要功能和体系结构,重点剖析后台数据库设计和数据录入功能的实现原理,并结合图片给出了财务报表功能和财务分析功能的实现思路,上述研究成果对高等院校财务分析课程教学和有关人员进行企业财务分析具有较高的实用价值。This paper introduced the background of developing financial analysis teaching software by C#,elaborated software＇s major function and the architecture,analyzed the principle of the background database design and the data entry function with emphasis,and provided the implementation ideas of the financial reporting function and the financial analysis function with pictures,above-mentioned research result have higher practical worth for college financial analysis course teaching and relevant personnel carry on business financial analysis.
