摘　　要：目的调查了解护理人员心理健康状况,并进行分析,旨在提高临床护理人员心理健康水平。方法采用中文版90项症状清单对某三甲医院228名临床护理人员进行调查。结果与正常人的90项症状清单的统计指标结果相比较,临床护理人员的总分、总均分、阳性项目数、阳性项目均分、阴性项目数、焦虑因子、抑郁因子、强迫因子、躯体化因子分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),恐怖因子差异有统计学意义(p<0.05),偏执、敌对、人际关系、精神病性因子差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床护理人员心理健康水平低于正常人群。[Objective]To investigate and analyze the mental health of clinical nurses,so as to improve mental health levels of clinical nurses.[Methods]A total of 228 clinical nurses from a hospital at grade 3 were investigated by the Chinese version of a list of 90 symptoms[Results]Compared to the results of the list of 90 symptoms of normal people,the total scores,the average score,the number of positive items,the average share of the positive items,the number of negative items,anxiety,depressing factors,forcing factors,and the differences of somatization of the clinical nurses were significantly different（P〈0.01）;The difference of phobic factor was significantly different（P〈0.05）;paranoia,hostility,interpersonal relationship,psychotic were not significantly different（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The mental health level of clinical nurses is lower than that of normal population
