摘　　要：目的对高中教师进行职业心理健康研究。方法运用心理健康问卷SCL-90及教师的基本资料对宝鸡市152名高中教师职业心理健康进行研究。结果高中教师SCL-90的测查结果与常模各因子之间有统计学意义,中、重度症状的因子主要表现在躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对性,分别占9.9%、7.9%、7.2%、4.6%、4.6%。SCL-90的9个因子中大多数在不同性别、年龄、学历等的高中教师中有统计学意义。结论宝鸡市高中教师心理问题令人担忧,应有针对性地实施干预,提出相应建议。[Objective]To perform mental health study on high school teachers.[Methods]The mental health questionnaire SCL-90 and 152 teachers basic information of the Baoji high school teachers were adopted for study.[Results]The testing results of the high school teachers by SCL-90 were significantly different with the norm of the factors;moderate to severe symptoms of the factors mainly indicated in somatization,compulsion,depression,anxiety,hostility,accounting for 9.9%,7.9%,7.2%,4.6%,4.6%.Most of the 9 factors of SCL-90 were significantly different between genders,age,education background of high school teachers.[Conclusion]The psychological problems of high school teachers in Baoji City is not optimistic.It is necessary to carry out targeted interventions and to put forward suggestions.
