摘　　要：目的了解曲靖市职业人群健康状况,进一步加强职业病防治工作。方法选取曲靖市2010年度职业健康检查的职业人群为研究对象,对其检查结果进行统计分析。结果煤炭行业职业病检出率最高(1.96%);小型企业实检率最低(96.67%),职业病检出率最高(1.85%);非公有经济型企业实检率低(97.59%),职业病检出率高(1.14%)。结论该市煤炭行业、小型企业职业健康监护亟待加强。[Objective]To understand the health status of occupational population in Qujing City,and further strengthen occupational disease control.[Methods]The occupational population who received occupational health examination were recruited as the study object in 2010,and their examination results were analyzed statistically.[Results]The detection rate of occupational diseases in coal industry was highest（1.96%）.The lowest one of actual detection rate was the small enterprise（96.67%）,but its detection rate of occupational diseases was highest（1.85%）.The lowest one of actual detection rate was the non-public economic enterprise（97.59%）,but its detection rate of occupational diseases was highest（1.14%）.[Conclusion]he occupational health surveillance of the coal industry and small Enterprises needs to be strengthened.
