摘　　要：目的了解上海市闵行区志贺菌的菌型分布及优势菌型,为痢疾的防治工作提供科学依据。方法收集该地区2003—2009年送检样品中分离到的志贺菌进行流行病学分型。结果 7年中共检出1 324株志贺菌,分为14个血清型,福氏志贺菌933株,宋内志贺菌391株。其中福氏4c 255株,福氏2b 206株,福氏2a 197株,福氏1a 136株,福氏X变种77株,还包括福氏1b、福氏3a、福氏4a、福氏4b、福氏5a、福氏5b、福氏6a、福氏Y变种共62株。2003年,优势菌型为福氏2 b,到2009年福氏2 a成为优势菌型。结论该地区流行的志贺菌为福氏志贺菌和宋内志贺菌,其中优势菌型为福氏2b型、福氏2a型、福氏4c型和宋内志贺菌,优势菌型出现了变迁。[Objective]To investigate the distribution of Shigella serotype and their vicissitude in Minhang District of Shanghai City,and provide scientific evidence for its control.[Methods]Specimens for isolation of Shigella serotypes were collected form 2003 to 2009 in this area.[Results]Totally 1 324 Shigella isolates were identified.All of the samples had 14 serotypes,933 of S.Flexneri strains and 391 of S.Sonnei strains,255 of S.Flexneri 4c,206 of S.Flexneri 2b,197 of S.Flexneri 2a,136 of S.Flexneri 1a,77 of S.Flexneri x,and the rest 62 strains were S.Flexneri lb,S.Flexneri 3a,S.Flexneri 4a,S.Flexneri 4b,S.Flexneri 5a,S.Flexneri 5b,S.Flexneri 6a and S.Flexneri Y.The dominant type was S.Flexneri 2b in 2003,and changed to S.Flexneri 2a in 2009.[Conclusion]The main serogroup of Shigella are S.Flexneri and S.Sonnei in this area.The dominant types are S.Flexneri 2b,S.Flexneri 2a,S.Flexneri 4c and S.Sonnei which have changed.
