摘　　要：疾病预防控制中心检测实验室管理体系有效运行依赖于自我完善机制的建立,它能使实验室自我发现问题,解决问题,实现管理体系的持续改进。实验室检查管理体系运行有效性和符合性的主要途径有内部审核、管理评审、质量控制。文件标准化管理是实验室质量管理体系建立和运行的基础,对保证体系的有效性和符合性起着重要的作用。通过对实验室加强体系管理可为全面提升实验室管理水平提供依据。The effective operation of laboratory management system in institutions for disease control and prevention depends on establishment of self-improvement system,which can help the laboratory find problems and solve problems by itself,and realize the continuous improvement of management system.The main ways of detection for operation effectiveness and conformity of management system include internal audit,management review and quality control.The document standardized management is the base of establishment and operation of laboratory management system,and it plays an important role in guarantee of effectiveness and conformity of management system.Strengthening the system management of laboratory can provide the basis for promoting the level of laboratory management.
