儿童大叶性肺炎血小板改变的临床分析

摘　　要：目的了解儿童大叶性肺炎(LPOC)的血小板变化。方法对宝鸡市2所医院45例LPOC患儿治疗前后血小板数量和功能变化进行分析比较。结果 LPOC患儿治疗前后血小板4项参数变化明显(P<0.01或P<0.05),治疗后基本恢复至正常水平。结论血小板参数的变化可作为判断LPOC严重程度和病情变化及治疗效果的一项参考指标。[Objective]To understand the platelet changes of lobar pneumonia of children（LPOC）.[Methods]The platelet count and functional change before and after treatment of 45 LPOC patients from 2 hospitals of Baoji city were analyzed and compared.[Results]Compared with before treatment,4 parameters of platelet in LPOC patients after treatment changed significantly（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）,and recovered to the normal level after treatment.[Conclusion]The changes in platelet parameters can be used a reference for determination of LPOC degree,change and efficacy.
