泰兴市2009年恶性肿瘤发病资料分析

摘　　要：目的分析泰兴市2009年恶性肿瘤发病情况,为制定恶性肿瘤防治对策和干预措施提供科学的依据。方法对2009年的恶性肿瘤发病资料进行分析,计算发病率等指标。结果 2009年泰兴市恶性肿瘤粗发病率分别为194.29/10万（男性225.73/10万,女性156.89/10万）,恶性肿瘤发病率男性显著高于女性,男女性别比为1.44∶1,且随年龄增长呈上升趋势,60~70岁年龄组最高。发病前5位依次为食管癌、胃癌、肝癌、肺癌、乳房癌,前10位的恶性肿瘤占全部恶性肿瘤的87.6%。结论泰兴市恶性肿瘤呈高发状态,其中食道癌、胃癌、肝癌为主的消化道肿瘤是严重危害该地居民身体健康最主要的恶性肿瘤,应作为防治重点。[Objective]To analyze the prevalence situation of malignant tumors in Taixing city in 2009,provide the scientific basis for making prevention countermeasure and intervention measures of malignant tumors.[Methods]The data of malignant tumors in 2009 were analyzed,and the indexes such as incidence rate were calculated.[Results]The crude incidence rate of malignant tumors in Taixing city in 2009 was 194.29/lakh.The incidence rate of malignant tumors in male（225.73/lakh） was significantly higher than that in females（156.89/lakh）,the ratio of male to female was 1.44∶1,which increased with age,and the 60~70 years old group was the highest.The top five malignant tumors were esophageal cancer,gastric cancer,liver cancer,lung cancer and breast cancer.The top ten malignant tumors accounted for 87.6% of total malignant tumors.[Conclusion]The incidence rate of malignant tumors in Taixing city is high.The gastrointestinal tumors,including esophageal cancer,gastric cancer and liver cancer,are the most main malignant tumors that cause serious harm to health of residents,which should be regarded as the key point of tumor prevention.
