银杏胶囊联合缬沙坦辅助治疗肺心病心衰患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察银杏胶囊联合缬沙坦辅助治疗肺心病心衰患者的疗效。方法将89例患者随机分为3组,其中对照组27例,使用常规治疗,治疗组Ⅰ30例在常规治疗的基础上加用缬沙坦,治疗组Ⅱ32例在治疗组Ⅰ的基础上联合银杏胶囊,观察3组疗效。结果治疗组与对照组临床症状均有改善,治疗组Ⅰ的有效率为76.7%,治疗组Ⅱ的有效率为84.4%,对照组为58.6%,治疗组改变较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗组在血气改善方面较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);在改善心脏结构方面,治疗组比对照组更为有利,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在常规治疗的基础上加用缬沙坦对肺心病心衰患者可取得良好的疗效,若联合使用银杏胶囊、缬沙坦,疗效更佳。[Objective]To investigate the effects of Ginkgo Capsule and valsartan on patients of pulmonary heart disease with heart failure.[Methods]Eighty-nine patients of pulmonary heart disease with heart failure were randomly divided into 3 groups with 27 cases in control group（routine treatment）,30 cases in treatment groupⅠ（combination routine and valsartan）,32 cases in treatment groupⅡ（combination routine and Ginkgo Capsule and valsartan） and）.And the effects of 3groups were observed.[Results]There were improvements on clinical symptoms in the treatment group and control group.Effective rate of treatment groupⅠwas 76.7%;of treatment groupⅡwas 84.4%,and of control group was 58.6%.Changes in the treatment groups were obvious than in the control group（Ρ0.05 or P0.01）.The same outcome appeared in the blood gas analysis（Ρ0.05 or P0.01）.And the treatment groups were more favorable than the control group in improving cardiac structure（P0.01）.[Conclusion]Based on conventional treatment,the use of valsartan on heart failure patients with pulmonary heart disease can achieve a good effect,if combined with Ginkgo Capsule and valsartan,there will be a better efficacy.
