摘 要:探讨了非石棉短纤维增强橡胶基密封复合材料(NAFC材料)的细观结构参数、组分力学性能与横向抗拉强度之间的关系,建立了基于横向抗拉强度的NAFC材料力学设计方法。以横向抗拉强度为指标,对增强纤维表面处理方法、材料的配方以及制备工艺参数进行了设计和优化。将力学设计方法应用于新型NAFC材料的开发,成功研制出一种高性能芳纶-玻璃混杂纤维增强橡胶基密封复合材料。所开发的NAFC材料的主要性能指标符合国家标准,部分性能优于国内外同类产品。研究结果验证了所建立的力学设计方法具有可行性。The relationship among the micro structural parameters and mechanical properties of the components and the transverse tensile strength of rubber-based sealing composites reinforced with short non-asbestos fibers was discussed.A mechanical design method of the composites based on their transverse tensile strength was put forward.Taking the transverse tensile strength as evaluation index,the surface treatment method of fibers was screened,and the material prescription and preparation technological parameters were optimized.According to the proposed mechanical design method,a new kind of rubber-based sealing composite reinforced with the aramid/glass hybrid fibers was developed.The performances of the developed composite were tested.The main performances of this composite coincide with the requirements prescribed in Chinese national standard,and some performances are even better than those of the similar products from some famous enterprises at home and abroad,which verifies the proposed mechanical design method of NAFC materials.
