摘　　要：以河源市为例,深入分析产业转移对欠发达地区劳动力结构的影响,以激发产业转移的积极效应,促进河源市经济的可持续发展,缩小广东区域经济的差距。The article takes Heyuan as an example, analyzes the impact of industrial transfer on labor structure in underdeveloped regions in order to stimulate the optimization effect of industrial transfer, promote the sustainable development in Heyuan, and dwindle regional disparities within Guangdong Province.
