摘  要:目的总结骨纤维结构不良(FD)的核素骨显像特征,并与原发性骨肿瘤、肿瘤骨转移以及Paget's病等鉴别。方法回顾性分析2003—2010年在上海交通大学附属第六人民医院骨质疏松和骨病专科门诊或者病房收治的27例FD患者的临床资料,所有FD患者均接受常规^(99)Tcm-MDP全身骨显像并经手术病理证实。对^(99)Tcm-MDP骨显像结果进行了分析。结果年龄9~75岁的27例患者中,男性10例,女性17例,平均发病年龄(23.15±18.01)岁,其中31岁以下者占55.56%。X线表现为病灶部位呈毛玻璃样变、丝瓜瓤及囊性膨胀性改变等。核素骨显像表现为特征性放射性浓聚,浓聚影与受累骨横径一致,骨形不增大,且多局限于身体一侧。结论大多数FD具有较典型的影像学表现,核素骨显像在FD的诊断和鉴别诊断中有重要价值。Objective To analyze the characteristics of bone scintigraphy in patients with fibrous dysplasia of bone ( FD), and compare the images of primary bone malignancy and bone metastases and Paget's disease with the tindings of fibrous dysplasia of bone. Methods Twenty seven cases of FD which confirms by the surgery pathology were collected and analyzed retrospectively in the Sixth People's Hospital, Shanghai Jiaotong University from 2003 to 2007. All patients were routinely performed scanning with ^99Tcm-MDP bone scintigraphy in addition to conventional radiography. Results In 27 patients, 10 were male, and 17 were female. The onset mean age was (23. 15 ± 18.01 ) years ( ranging from 9 to 75) and under the age of 31 accounted for 55.56 %. X-ray performance mainly for "ground-glass" pattern, cystic type or sponge ground-flesh type. For bone scintigraphy, FD appears as an area of intensely increased uptake. Typical imaging characteristics including linear accumulation of radioactivity, normal bone scale and hemibody uptake. Conclusion Most of FD have the typical imaging appearances, bone scintigraphic play an important role in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of FD.
