摘　　要：本文从音系和语音层次上对语音的模糊性进行研究，论述了模糊性的基本特征：确定性、不确定性以及变异性，认为语音的生理和物理属性是语音模糊性的基础，而语音的社会属性则是其模糊性的最终原因及根源。模糊性是一个由一类具有隶属程度连续体的模糊集合构成，此集合包含具有中心部分确定的典型成员及边缘部分不确定的非典型成员。This paper studies the fuzziness in phonetics and phonology, and illustrates the characteristics of fuzziness ： indeterminacy, determinacy and variability. The study finds out that physiological and physical nature of the sounds of language conditions and the social attribute ultimately results in fuzziness in phonetics. Also, a fuzzy category, which should be regarded as a set with its members taking positions in a continuum, consists of a definite core with typical members and an indeterminate boundary with the peripheral members in it.
