摘 要:通过电子织物强力仪、万能试验机、圆盘式平磨仪、广角X-射线衍射(WAXD)、示差扫描量热(DSC)、红外光谱(IR)、热失重分析(TG)对对位芳纶纤维(Kevlar Twaron)织物进行表征,分析了热处理前后KevLar纤维织物的取向结晶行为和热性能。结果表明,KevLar单纱的断裂强力为693.82 cN/tex,伸长率为49.5%;KevLar纤维织物的拉伸强度为53.7MPa,伸长率为50.2%,拉伸模量为2445.9MPa;耐磨性为1020转/min;KevLar纤维织物的取向结晶峰随着等温条件的不同而发生一定的蓝移;热分析表明,KevLar纤维织物的玻璃化转变温度Tg为295℃,在593℃时基本分解。The imported electronic fabric strength tester, universal testing machine, disc grinding apparatus, wideangle X-ray diffraction(WAXD), DSC, IR and TG were applied to investigate the performance of p--aramid fiber(Kevlar Twaron), and the behavior of oriented crystallization and thermal properties of KevLar fabric pre and post heat treatment. The results showed that the breaking strength was 693. 82cN/tex and the elongation was 49. 5% for the KevLar single yarn; the tensile strength was 53.7MPa, the elongation was 50. 2%, the tensile modulus was 2445.9MPa, the wearing resistance was 1020r/min for the KevLar fabric. Isothermal heat treatment had effects on the thermal properties of KevLar fabric. The blue shift for the oriented crystallization peak of KevLar fabric was observed with the changes of the isothermal heat treatment conditions. The thermal analysis showed that the glass transition temperature(Tg) of the KevLar fabric was 295℃ and the KevLar fabric decomposed almost completely at at the temperature of 593℃.
