摘 要:以硅藻土为载体,AgNO3溶液为反应液,采用真空热分解法制备载银硅藻土。利用X射线衍射分析表征了样品的结构。探讨了制备过程中影响银含量的因素。结果表明,硅藻土与AgNO3的质量比为10∶1时,浸渍时间为2h、热分解温度为350℃较为合适。以大肠杆菌为研究对象,对载银硅藻土的抗菌性能进行了定性和定量的检测。结果发现,载银硅藻土对大肠杆菌具有较强的抗菌性能,其最低抑菌浓度随银含量的增大而减小。对于大肠杆菌的杀菌效果,载银量为1.46%的硅藻土较为合适。The silver-supporting diatomite was prepared by the vacuum heating decomposition method with diatomite as the carrier and AgNO3 solution as the reaction solution. Its structure was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The factors influencing silver content of diatomite were discussed in preparing silver-supporting diatomi'te. The results showed that when mass ratio of diatomite to AgNO3 was 10 : 1, the dipping time of 2 hours and the decomposing temperature of 350℃ were suitable to preparing silver-supporting diatomite. The antimicrobial activity of silver-supporting diatomite against Escherichia eoli. was investigated. The results showed that the silver-supporting diatomite had obvious inhibiting effect on Escherichia coll., and its minimum inhibitory concentration decreased with increase of its silver content. The silver-supporting diatomite with the silver content of 1.46% was suitable to its antibacterial effect on Escherichia coll.
