摘 要:以H3BO3助熔剂采用高温固相反应法制备了LiMo2O8∶Eu3+红色荧光粉。通过XRD、SEM及激发和发射光谱对样品进行了研究,结果表明,引入助熔剂为3 wt%时样品具有好的结晶和优良的光谱性质;光谱测量的结果表明,在近紫外、蓝光激发下,能发射出615nm的红光,具有较高的色纯度。因此,可作为目前已商品化的白光LED的红色补偿荧光粉,也可作为近紫外LED和三基色荧光粉组合型白光器件的红色荧光粉的候选材料。A novel red emitting phosphor Li(MoO4 )2 : Eu^3+ was prepared by a solid reaction, using H3 BO3 as flux. The effects of flux content and concentration of activator on the crystal structure, morphology and luminescent properties were investigated by XRD, SEM and fluorescent spectra.. The synthesis condition of the phosphors was discussed. The optimum content of Eu^3+ was x= 1 and the optmium reaction temperature was 750℃. These results suggested that proper amount of flux should be around 3 %. The excitation spectra showed effective excitation wavelengths at UV (395nm) and blue (465nm) corresponding to the f-f transition of Eua+. So that the phosphor might be a better candidate for red compo nent of white LED. The emission spectra exhibited most intense emission at 615nm , which was assigned to the 5 D0→^7 F2 transition. The intense electric dipole transition implied that the Eu^3+ occupied non-centrosymmetric sites in the matrix.
