摘 要:本文研究的目的是在进行喷涂曲面模型重建的过程中.利用逆向工程的技术方法,使表面喷涂技术的数字化程度得到加强,进而提高喷涂的质量和效率。在此过程中,可以先构建出适合喷涂曲面并满足一定连续条件要求的片体,之后加工成型。通过逆向工程的技术方法来喷涂,不仅可以为喷涂技术提供坚实的技术基础,同时也可大大缩短操作时间。减少风险,提高生产率。另外,由于采用的均是数字生产技术,具有很强的柔性,制作效率很高,所以也可使成本大大下降。本文在研究过程中。主要从基本理论和概念入手,阐述了模型的重建技术。供技术人员参考与借鉴。The purpose of this study is to spray surface model in the reconstruction process, use of reverse engineering technology, make the surface spraying technology digital degree of strengthened, and improve the quality and efficiency of spraying. In the process, can be constructed the suitable for coating surface and meet the requirements of the continuity conditions must be block, processing molding after. Through the reverse engineering technical method to spray, can not only for spraying technology provide a solid technical foundation, at the same time also can greatly shorten the time of operation, reduce the risk, improve the productivity. In addition, due to the use of digital production technology are, have very strong flexible, production efficiency is very high, so also can make the cost drops greatly.
