某中学内框架教学楼的加固改造

摘　　要：以某中学教学楼加固工程为例,介绍结构体系加固方案在实际工程中的应用。通过在房屋大开间纵横墙交接处增设构造柱、将原内框架结构的柱改造成符合规范要求的框架柱,以及对原内框架结构墙体和梁的加固处理,结构满足抗震规范要求。为类似工程设计与施工提供依据和参考。The structure system reinforcement method is adopted according to the real conditions in the strengthening and renovation of an inner frame teaching building in a middle school.The methods of setting up the concrete column in the large house room and converting the column into frame column are stressed,the results indicate that the computational model and reinforcement methods are satisfactory.Besides,the reinforcement of the original wall and beam in the inner-frame structure is also done.Which provides reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
