摘　　要：我国渔业法律体系中对行政处分的规定纷繁复杂。不同区域的地方性法规之间对行政处分的规定不尽相同。论文首先归纳整理了我国沿海地区11个省、自治区、直辖市现行有效的地方性法规文件,进而分析了行政处分在整个渔业法律责任体系中的具体位置,接着就沿海地区渔业地方立法中规定的行政处分情形进行了详细分析。The rules of administrative punishments in different fisheries local regulations,rules of the State Council＇s departments and of local governments are very complicated. This paper firstly summary the 11 provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government current effective local regulations files in China＇s coastal areas, and analyzes on the position where the fishery administrative penalty imposed in the whole legal responsibility system, then specific legislation in coastal areas where the provisions of the fishery administrative sanctions are analyzed in detail.
