摘　　要：文章提出了废旧机电产品再制造工艺过程模型,主要从失效形式的角度对不同类型零件的成本和价值分别进行分析,以得到最终利润;结合某型号废旧汽车变速箱加以说明,对如何提高再制造工艺过程的经济性提出了一些改进建议,以指导新产品的设计。In this paper,a model of the remanufacturing processes of end-of-life electro-mechanical products is proposed.Based on the failure modes,the costs and values of different kinds of parts are analyzed respectively so as to get the final profit.An end-of-life automobile gearbox is taken as an example to demonstrate the proposed model.And some suggestions about how to improve the economics of remanufacturing processes are given which are helpful to the design of new products.
