摘  要:为提升变压器内绝缘水平,延长变压器使用寿命,合成纤维绝缘纸因其优良的介电、机械、热稳定、抗潮等性能而被广泛应用在绝缘介质工程领域。采用电声脉冲(PEA)法测量分析以NOMEX纸为代表的油浸合成纤维绝缘纸在直流电场中的空间电荷注入、积聚、消散时的密度分布特性,并与传统油浸植物纤维素绝缘纸进行对比,结合材料频域介电谱特性研究合成纤维绝缘纸的空间电荷输运特性。结果表明:在直流电场中,合成纤维绝缘纸具有较低的空间电荷注入起始阈值场强,材料内易于注入和积聚空间电荷,去压短路后试样体内积聚电荷消散速率较慢。合成纤维绝缘纸的空间电荷注入、积聚和消散特性与材料微观形貌的本征特性而形成的能级陷阱分布以及介电特性有紧密联系,这些特性在一定意义上有利于抑制空间电荷在介质体内进行输运。In order to enhance the service life of transformers and its insulation level, synthetic fiber insulation paper has been widely used in the dielectric insulation engineering because of its excellent dielectric, mechanical and ther- mal stability, moisture resistance and other properties. Injection, accumulation and dissipation characteristics of space charge were studied by pulsed electro-acoustic (PEA) method in samples of NOMEX synthetic fiber paper un- der DC field, and were compared with those of the traditional plant cellulose insulation paper with dielectric proper- ties. The results reveal that NOMEX paper has a lower space charge accumulation threshold field and it is easy to inject and accumulate space charge, and it is hard to dissipate after short circuit under DC field. The space charge characteristics of NOMEX synthetic fiber paper are closely associated with its surface topography, morphology and dielectric properties. In a sense, these characteristics contribute to restrain the transportation of space charge in the dielectric.
