摘  要:输电导线弧垂是导线安全运行的重要指标,对其实时监测已成为国内外研究的一个重要课题。为此,利用视频图像处理技术自动计算输电导线弧垂,当导线弧垂不在规定的安全范围时进行报警,以通知相关人员及时采取防范措施。通过输电导线视频监控装置获取导线弧垂的视频信息,在视频流中截取数字图像作为研究对象,利用摄像机标定、图像灰度化、图像平滑等方法对图像进行预处理;采用Harris角点(即兴趣点)提取方法对导线进行特征提取,找到导线弧垂最低点和金具点,再由坐标系变换,在世界坐标系中得到实际弧垂。对特高压交流输电导线500号杆塔进行处理与分析,得到导线弧垂为9.1847 m,该值属于安全范围内;与实际测量相比,相对误差是0.6%,处于误差容限范围内。此方法可以较为精确地测量导线的弧垂,并且操作方便。The safe operation of transmission lines is greatly influenced by conductor sag, its size must be in the range of safety, and it is necessary that an effective method of monitoring wire line should be put forward. Conse- quently, the conductor sag is calculated automatically using video image processing technology which is useful and reliable. When the conductor sag is beyond the normal range, an alarm is sent to some managers who can adopt some useful methods to avoid disasters at all times. Some images which will be studied are obtained by the video mo- nitoring system of transmission lines, the image preprocessing are made by camera calibration, image's gray level transformation image smoothing , which are important in the process of extraction of wire. If the camera calibration is made, the impact of distortion of the camera cannot be eliminated, likewise, image smoothing can abate noise which may be taken for useful information in the process of extraction of wire. Unfortunately, this extracted wrong information maybe lead directly to the result of wrong lowest point. The Harris interest point extraction method is used to realize characteristic extraction of images, by which the lowest point of sag and fittings are found out, and the actual sag is obtained in world coordinate system by coordinate transformation. Finally, the video of NO. 500 tower of UHV transmission lines is processed and analyzed, and the conductor sag is 9. 1847 m which is in a safe range. Compared with the actual measurement, the relative error of sag is 0.6%, which is in the range of error tol- erance. This method can precisely be used to measure conductor sag and the operation is simnle and reM-time
