摘 要:研究了环己烷工业生产环己酮中,无催化氧化低温分解工艺中碱度、反应时间、反应温度、Co源浓度等条件对环己基过氧化氢分解转化率和总收率的影响。结果表明,在碱度为1.0 mol/L、反应时间为1.4 h、反应温度为95~105℃、Co源含量1.0~1.2μg/g条件下,该反应的转化率和总收率可以达到最优,分别为95.4%和85.3%。Cyclohexanone was produced by oxidation of cyclonexane in industry with the yield of about 81%,which was influenced by the decomposition methods applied to the intermediate (eyclohexyl hydrogen peroxide, CHHP). A higher yield (84%) by a method of semi-homogeneous catalytic decomposition was reported recently. In this work, the optimization of alkalinity, reaction time, temperature, Co concentration was studied in the decomposition of eyelohexyl hydrogen peroxide. The optimized conversion rate (based on CHHP) of 95.4% and yield of 85.3% were obtained with the alkalinity of 1.0 mol/L, reaction time of 1.4 h, reaction temperature of 95 - 105 ℃ and Co concentration of 1.0 - 1.2 g/g
