摘 要:通过木质素磺酸盐与丙烯酰胺及部分中和的丙烯酸接枝共聚,将木质素磺酸盐引人至高吸水性树脂中,制备了木质素基高吸水性树脂LS-g-P(AA-co-AM),研究了其吸水保水性能。结果表明:被吸收液pH值对LS-g-P(AA-co-AM)树脂吸水性能有很大影响,当被吸收液的pH值在6~7时,树脂的吸水能力最强。树脂具有较好的重复使用性能和自然条件下的保水性能。由于LS-g-P(AA-co-AM)树脂中有较多的离子性基团,因而吸液速率较慢。二级方程dQ/dt=k(Q-Q)。可以较好地拟合LS-g-P(AA-oc-AM)树脂吸蒸馏水的动力学行为,经拟合计算得树脂的初始溶胀速率r0为14.374g/(g·min),理论平衡吸液倍率Q为1197.8g/g(与实际平衡吸液倍率1156g/g非常接近)。LS-g-P(AA-co-AM)树脂对0.9%的生理盐水的平衡吸液倍率为122g/g,表明树脂具有良好的耐盐性。Lignin-based superabsorbent resin LS-g-P(AA-co-AM) was prepared through graft copolymerization of lignosulfonate with acrylamide and partially-neutralized acrylic acid. Water absorbency and water retention of LS-g-P(AA-co-AM) resin were investigated. Experimental results showed thatthe pH of the absorbed solution has significant influence on the resiffs water absorption capacity. The highest water absorption capacity was achieved when the pH was 6 -7. LS-g-P(AA-co-AM) resin featured good repeated water absorption and water retention under natural conditions. The water absorbing rate of LS-g-P(AA-co-AM) is low since there are many ion groups in the resin. The kinetic behav- ior of water absorption of LS-g-P(AA-co-AM) can be simulated by equation dQ/dt=k(Q-Q,)2 and thus the initial swelling rate r0 (14.37 g/(g · min)), and theoretical equilibrium water absorbency Q, (1 197 g/g), were obtained. Q, was very close to the experimental water absorbency (1 156 g/g). The equilibrium absorbency of LS-g-P(AA-co-AM) resin was 122 g/g for 0.9% physiological saline, shows that the resin has good salt resistance.
