摘  要:无锡金匮大桥主桥为(55+105+55)m的三跨连续钢桁梁桥,该桥采用2片主桁结构,桥面系采用整体钢箱梁结构,钢箱梁宽30 m,最大节段长14 m,重约230 t。该桥钢梁采用架桥机由两端边跨向中跨对称架设、中跨合龙的方法安装。边跨钢梁在支架上安装,利用汽车吊安装陆上钢梁,架桥机将钢梁吊至滑道上并滑移至安装位置,并利用三向千斤顶进行调整定位。中跨钢梁采用架桥机逐段悬臂拼装施工,同时在边跨进行平衡压载。跨中合龙采用千斤顶调整边支点高差,调整合龙口误差的强制合龙施工工艺。The main bridge of the Jinkui Bridge in Wuxi is a three-span continuous steel truss girder bridge with span arrangement (55+105+55) m. The bridge employs a structure of two main trusses and the floor system of the bridge employs an integral steel box girder that is 30 m in width and has the longest girder block of 14 m, weighing about 230 t. The steel girders of the bridge were mainly erected symmetrically by overhead launching gantry from both the side spans towards the central span and the girders were closed at the midspan of the central span. The steel girders of the side spans were erected on scaffolding and the parts of the girders over land there were erected by truck cranes. The girders were firstly transported by the overhead launching gantry to the slipways where they were shifted to the places of erection and were then adjusted and positioned by three-directional jacks. The steel girders of the central span were cantileveredly erected by the overhead launching gantry block by block and at the same time of the erection, the side spans were counterweighted. For the closure of the steel girders at the midspan, the height differences of the side supports were adjusted by the jacks and the errors of the closure gap were adjusted by the forced closure construction technology.
