摘 要:通过邻氨酚聚合物和邻氨基酚寡聚物—金纳米粒子—葡萄糖氧化酶纳米复合物的共电沉积一锅法制备了高性能葡萄糖酶电极,该纳米复合物可通过葡萄糖氧化酶存在下邻氨基酚与HAuCl4的水相氧化还原反应制得.与常规电聚合法及以K3Fe(CN)6为氧化剂类似制备的酶电极相比,该传感器具有更好性能,检测灵敏度提高数倍,检测下限降低了一个数量级.同时,所制酶电极具有响应时间短、抗干扰能力强和稳定性好等优点.该法可用于快捷制备各种纳米复合材料,可望在生物传感和生物材料等领域广泛应用.We report on the one-pot preparation of high-performance glucose enzyme electrode through the co-electrode position of o-aminophenol (OAP) polymer and oAP oligomer (oAPO) -Au nanoparticles (AuNPs) - glucose oxidase (GOs) nanoeomposites, which are prepared via the redox reaction of HAuCl4 and oAP aqueous solution in the presence of GOx. The as-prepared biosensor is several folds enhanced in the sensitivity and one-magnitude lowered in the detection limit, as compared with those prepared by the conventional electropolymerization protocol and the similar protocol using K3Fe(CN) 6 as the oxidant. Additionally, the proposed biosensor possesses rapid response, satisfactory anti-interference ability, reproducibility, and storability. The proposed protocol is recommended to prepare other multifunctional nanocomposites and may find wide applications in the biosensing and biomaterials fields.
