摘  要:邯钢为提高高炉入炉料MgO含量,改善炉渣流动性,在链篦机-回转窑氧化球团生产中配加10%左右高镁铁精矿,提高球团矿MgO含量达1.5%±0.1%,以减轻烧结生产的提MgO压力。通过严把进厂原料质量关,加强生产管理,抓好主控、造球等关键岗位的精细化操作,合理控制热工制度等一系列措施,使含MgO球团矿转鼓指数达到97%以上,抗压强度大于2 500 N/个,满足了炼铁需求。In order to increase MgO content in blast furnace burden in Hansteel and improve slag fluidity, 10% of high magnesia concentrate was added in grate kiln production of oxidized pellet,the MgO content in pellet was over 1.5% ±0.1%, the pressure for increasing MgO content in sintering production was alleviated. By taking a series of measures such as controlling quality of incoming raw materials strictly ,strengthening production management and careful operation at main control post and bailing post and reasonably controlling thermal system etc. , the tumbler index of MgO bearing pellet is up to over 97% , the compression strength is over 2 500 N/piece,and iron making requirement is satisfied.
