摘　　要：在开放式创新的知识经济时代,有效地利用合作伙伴的资源以保持竞争力对于每个技术创新者都显得十分重要。本文在文献分析的基础上,提出了应用专利信息分析方法选择技术创新合作伙伴,从技术和主体两个角度构建了专利信息分析流程,并以电信领域WSN技术为实证研究,验证了该技术领域中不同合作动机的技术创新主体,能够从分析结果中选择潜在的合作伙伴。In the open innovation era of knowledge economy,making good use of partners resources has emerged as an important issue for each technology innovators.A patent information analysis for partners selection is proposed by literature review.This paper formulates a patent information analysis process from the technical and subjective perspective,and an empirical research on the WSN in telecommunications field proves that the application of patent information analysis could be used for choosing potential partners.
