摘　　要：专利产业化示范机制是推动我国科技和经济发展的重要策略,对专利产业化示范项目进行评价是其成功实施的重要保障。首先分析专利产业化示范机制的内涵和目标,构建以项目绩效、示范带动效应、政策参考效果为一级指标,包含7个二级指标的专利产业化示范项目评价指标体系;然后使用层次分析法确定评价指标权重;最后,鉴于示范企业规模、行业等各种因素对评价的影响,提出基于语言变量评价和三角模糊数的评价方法,并进行案例研究,以期对专利产业化示范项目的评价提供一种新思路。Demonstration mechanism of patent industrialization is an important policy for Chinese technology and economy development,and proper evaluation is vital for its success.Based on the analysis of its connotation and objectives,this study constructs an evaluation index system,which incorporates project performance,effect of demonstration and promotion,reference performance of policy establishment as first grade indexes and 7 second grade indexes.Index power is established by using AHP through consulting experts.Finally,this study puts forward that integration method of linguistic assessment and triangular fuzzy number is a proper evaluation method of patent industrialization demonstration project considering the influences of industry and firm scale,and a case study follows.
