摘 要:针对贴片机视觉处理系统数据量大、实时性强的特点,提出了一种基于SOPC技术的解决方案。在XPS环境下完成硬件设计,包括图像的采集、存储与处理;软件设计在SDK环境下完成,主要包括外围电路的驱动及用户界面的设计,实现图像数据的高速采集和实时处理。该系统摆脱了传统的FPGA+DSP的构架,集成度高,可靠性强,并且维护方便,易于升级。实验表明该系统较好地满足贴片机的实时处理要求。A solution based on the system on a programmable chip(SOPC) technology was introduced,to design the vision processing system on chip mounter,which was characterized by large amounts of data and high real-time processing ability.The hardware design was achieved in XPS environment,including image acquisition,storage and processing;the software design was finished in the SDK environment,including the driver of peripheral equipments and GUI,they implemented high speed data acquisition and processing together.This system avoids the traditional framework consisted of FPGA and DSP,has high design flexibility,high-integration and is easy to update.The experimental results indicate that the system meets well the mounter's demands for real-time processing.
