摘　　要：目的:探讨围手术期预防用抗菌药物合理性评价指标筛选的方法,为制定统一的围手术期预防用抗菌药物合理性评价体系提供依据。方法:查阅国内外抗菌药物合理性评价文献及法规标准,采用文献分析和专家讨论方法,初拟围手术期预防用抗菌药物合理性评价指标体系,并确定指标筛选方法及实施步骤。结果与结论:确定采用德尔菲法(DelphiMethod)作为筛选围手术期预防用抗菌药物合理性评价指标的方法,并初步建立评价指标体系包括3个一级指标、18个二级指标以及需要分析的统计指标。本文可为建立围手术期预防用抗菌药物合理性评价体系奠定基础。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the rationality evaluation indicator screening method of prophylactic application of antibiotics during perioperative period, and to provide reference for formulating unified rationality evaluation system of perioperative prophylactic application of antibiotics. METHODS： The correlated literature, regulations, standards were reviewed at home and aboard. Rationality evaluation indicator system was fitted by expert panel and literature analysis primarily. Research method and the practical steps were determined. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Delphi method was adopted as the research method, preliminary evaluation indicators system which included 3 first-grade indicators and 18 second-grade indicators were established and the statistical indicators needing to analyze were chose. It will lay the foundation for establishing rationality evaluation system of perioperative prophylactic application of antibiotics.
