摘 要:研究Pb2+和Cr3+单一及复合污染对小麦幼苗MDA积累以及CAT和POD活性的影响。结果表明:随着单一Pb2+和Cr3+处理浓度的增加,小麦幼苗MDA积累先降低后升高,复合污染时促使MDA积累大大增加。小麦叶片CAT活性和POD活性明显高于对照,且随着处理浓度的增加,CAT活性表现为先升高后降低再升高,POD活性表现为先升高后降低。The effects of single or combined pollution of heavy metal Pb2+、Cr3+ on MDA accumulation and protection enzyme activity(CAT and POD) of wheat seeding were studied by sand cultivation.The results showed that MDA accumulation of wheat leaves were first decreased and then increased gradually with Pb2+ and Cr3+ stress concentration increasing.And combined pollution prompted MDA when accumulated increase greatly.CAT and POD activity of wheat leaves were significantly higher than the control.With Pb2+ and Cr3+ stress concentration increasing,the activities of CAT increased at first,then decreased and increased again,and the activities of POD increased first and then decreased.
