摘 要:采用超声波-水蒸汽蒸馏提取法提取榆叶梅花中的精油,用GC-MS对提取精油的化学成分进行定性定量分析,分离出150多种组分,共鉴定出33种化合物,占榆叶梅精油峰面积的71.31%。主要化学成分有烯烃类、烷烃类、醇类、醛酮类、酸酯类等多种化合物,其中烯烃类化合物占色谱流出峰面积的35.73%,烷烃化合物占色谱流出峰总面积的16.63%,醇类化合物占色谱流出峰面积的3.23%,酯醚酮类化合物占色谱流出峰面积的6.98%。Using stream distillation with ultrasound extracted method,the essential oil of Amygdalus triloba was extracted.Then,the chemical component of the essential oil was analysed by GC-MS.The results were as followed: more than 150 components were isolated and 33 compounds were identified,which the proportion of their peak area was about 71.31% of total peak area.The main chemical components were olefines,alkanes,alcohols,aldehydes,ketones,ester.The proportion of the olefines was 35.73% of the total peak area and the alkanes,the alcohols,the aldehydes and ketones and esters were 16.63%,3.23%,6.98% of the total peak area respectively.
