摘  要:选用160只28日龄的豁眼鹅,随机分为4组(1个对照组和3个试验组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮的基础上添加0.10%、0.20%和0.30%的壳聚糖),每组设4个重复,每个重复10只,进行为期28 d的饲养试验,测定鹅生长性能与小肠绒毛高度与隐窝深度。结果表明,与对照组相比,0.10%和0.20%壳聚糖组鹅的平均日增重分别提高了12.45%(P<0.05)和13.32%(P<0.05),料重比则分别降低了8.89%(P<0.05)和8.17%(P<0.05);十二指肠、空肠和回肠绒毛高度分别提高了35.20%(P<0.05)、30.90%(P<0.05)和29.57%(P<0.05),37.71%(P<0.05)、32.31%(P<0.05)和30.20%(P<0.05);隐窝深则分别降低了31.20%(P<0.05)、23.98%(P<0.05)和21.94%(P<0.05),33.89%(P<0.05)、22.24%(P<0.05)和21.05%(P<0.05)。The paper was aimed to investigate the effect of chitosan on growth performance and related hormone concentrations of growing goose,a total of 160 Huoyan geese(sex balance,28 d of age) were allotted to 4 groups(Based on basal diet,0%(control group),0.10%,0.20% and 0.30% chitosan were added respectively),each group had 4 replicates with 10 geese in each replicate,the feeding experiment lasted for 28 days.The results showed that compared with control groups,the average daily gain of 0.10% and 0.20% chitosan groups increased by 12.45%(P0.05) and 13.32%(P0.05),villi height of small intestine(duodenum,jejeunum and ileum) increased by 35.20%(P0.05),30.90%(P0.05),29.57%(P0.05) and 37.71%(P0.05),32.31%(P0.05),30.20%(P0.05),respectively.Whereas,FCR of those decreased by 8.89%(P0.05) and 8.17%(P0.05),crypt depth of them decreased by 31.20%(P0.05),23.98%(P0.05),21.94%(P0.05) and 33.89%(P0.05),22.24%(P0.05),21.05%(P0.05),respectively.
