摘　　要：从农地承包经营权价值分析入手,认为农地承包经营权价值构成来源于承包农地的生产收益权价值和我国特殊国情下的社会保障权价值。在此基础上,探讨了农地承包经营权转包、转让、出租、入股等流转方式所反映的价格表现形式及其价值基础,并构建了相应的价格评估模型,以期为农地承包经营权流转价格的确定提供方法论基础。Based on the analysis on the contractual right value of farmland,this paper found the contractual right value included the production profitability right and livelihood guarantee right.Then we discussed the price type and the value basis of the contractual right,including subcontract,transfer,lease and investment.At last,the farmland price evaluation model was developed.In conclusion,the study could be a reference to the determination to transferring price of contractual right of farmland.
