自卸压综合抽放技术在突出煤层中的应用

摘  要:针对逢春煤矿急倾斜煤层透气性低、预抽瓦斯时间长、防突掘进工作面局部防突措施工程量大、安全威胁大、生产效率低的问题,提出了利用俯伪斜自卸压综合抽放技术提高急倾斜单一严重突出煤层瓦斯抽放率,防治煤与瓦斯突出的技术。该技术在逢春煤矿S1862工作面的应用结果表明:台阶回采后对下部煤体的卸压保护范围达到7.60~9.97 m,工作面每个台阶推进速度在3~19m/班,平均推进度在7 m/班。因此自卸压综合抽放技术能有效地减弱煤与瓦斯突出危险性,并显著减少回采期间的瓦斯涌出量,通过伪倾斜正台阶采煤方法的自卸压原理可确保回采前方煤体不处于煤与瓦斯突出的危险状态。According to the low permeability of the steep inclined seam,long gas pre-drainage time,high construction engineering work of the local outburst prevention measures for the outburst prevention gateway driving face,high safety threatener and the low production efficiency of Fengchun Mine,the oblique dip automatic pressure releasing and comprehensive drainage technology was provided to increase the gas drainage rate of the steep inclined single serious outburst seam and to improve the coal and gas outburst prevention and control technology.The application results of the technology to No.S1862 coal mining face in Fengchun Mine showed that after the bench mining,the pressure released protected scope of the underneath seam reached 7.60~9.97 m,the advancing speed of each bench in the coal mining face was 3~19 m/(8 h) and the average advancing speed was 7 m/(8 h).Therefore,the auto pressure releasing and automatic comprehensive drainage technology could effectively reduce the coal and gas outburst dangers and could obviously reduce the gas emission quantity during the coal mining period.The automatic pressure releasing principle of the oblique tip heading and bench mining method could ensure the front seam of the mining face not in a danger of coal and gas outburst.
