摘 要:为分析镍基催化剂对合成气甲烷化反应的催化性能,采用La2O3改性的高比表面积γ-Al2O3为载体,用等体积浸渍法制备合成气甲烷化催化剂,考察镍基催化剂的孔结构性质、还原性能和反应性能。结果表明:改性载体直接负载活性组分镍,CO的转化率达到58%,CH4的选择性达到70%。在改性载体基础上共浸渍锰助剂和活性组分镍,反应性能进一步提高,CO转化率提升至72%,CH4的选择性提升至75%。In order to analyze the catalytic performances of the nickel based catalyst to the methanation reaction of the synthetic gas, with the La2O3 modified high ratio superficial area γ-Al2O3 as the carrier, the isochoric immersion method was applied to prepare the methana- tion catalyst of the synthetic gas and investigate the pore structure properties, the reduction performances and the reaction performances of the nickel based catalyst. The results showed that the modified cartier could directly load the activated component nickel, the CO conversion rate could be 58% and the selectivity of methane could be 70%. Based on the modified carrier, the reaction performances of the joint immersion manganese assistant and the activated component nickel could be further improved. The CO conversion rate could be improved to 72% and the selectivity of methane could be improved to 75%.
