摘　　要：针对船员适任性评价的复杂性和不确定性,本文从航海教育的角度运用模糊数学中的多级综合评判方法对船员适任性进行评价,建立了评定船员适任性的模糊综合评判模型。利用评判模型,可以方便地评定船员的适任性,以期给航运企业正确选派和管理船员提供依据,具有实践意义。Using the method of step comprehensive assessment in fuzzy mathematics,the author establishes the fuzzy assessment model,which can be used to judge the competence of the seafarers conveniently.The result of study provides a reference for the shipper＇s crew choosing.
