摘　　要：在开发研制中远集团科研项目"电子调速器仿真训练器"中设计开发硬件电路以实现对PLC开关量的输入输出点数进行大量的节省,从而节约开发成本,收到好的经济效益。该电路运行稳定、可靠,而且硬件实现非常简单,价格也比较低,具有很大的实际应用价值。在项目中的应用取得了很好的效果。The main idea is to design and develop hardware circuit to save digital I/O points of PLC,thereby it can save development costs and achieve good economic returns.Hardware circuit is researched and developed under the COSCO Group projects ＂Electrical Governor Simulation Training System＂.The application of the circuit has achieved good results.It is stable and reliable and hardware implementation is very simple.The price is relatively low and the practical value is great.
