摘　　要：液压技术在现代船舶上已得到广泛的应用,涉及的领域也越来越广。如何管理船舶液压设备,保障船舶安全营运,历来是轮机管理人员倾心关注的重点之一。本文就一起甲板液压舱盖装置的故障案例,依据事故现状,应用液压基础理论,从根本上揭示故障的成因。探讨轮机员在日常设备维护管理中应加强责任心,严格按照维修大纲的要求、内容以及周期认真做好设备维护保养,以提高我们的管理水平。Hydraulic technology is widely applied in many areas on modern ships.It is one of the most important focus concerned by marine engineers how to maintain ship hydraulic machinery so as to ensure the safety operation of ship.In this paper,an accident on deck hydraulic hatch cover is analyzed based on hydraulic theory and the cause of trouble is found out.The sense of responsibility of engineers must be emphasized on daily maintenance of the equipments and the relevant requirements on maintenance,such as items and periods of maintenance programs must be obeyed,thus to raise the standards of management.
