摘  要:采用热分解法制备了Ti/Sb-SnO2电极,并用XRD、SEM对电极涂层进行表征.研究了涂层次数对于析氧过电位的影响,应用阳极快速寿命测试法测试了Ti/Sb-SnO2电极的使用寿命,通过极化曲线考察了电极的析氧过电位.采用该电极对甲基橙模拟废水进行了电化学降解实验,并考察此电极处理实际废水的效果.研究表明,随着涂层次数的增加,其析氧过电位增加,当涂层次数达到15次时,析氧过电位高达1.8 V(vsSCE),有效抑制了阳极析氧副反应的发生.以Ti/Sb-SnO2电极作为阳极,对甲基橙模拟废水电解10 min后,脱色率接近100%,甲基橙模拟废水降解60 min后,TOC去除率才能达到86.2%,TOC去除率明显滞后于脱色率.Ti/Sb-SnO2 electrodes were successfully fabricated by thermal decomposition and their electrochemical properties were investigated.The Ti/Sb-SnO2 electrode was characterized by XRD and SEM.The service life and the oxygen evolution potential were also investigated by the accelerated test and polarization curve measurement.Study shows the oxygen evolution potential increased with the increase of electrode coating numbers.The optimal number of coating is 15 times,and the oxygen evolution potential reached 1.8 V(vs SCE).The obtained Ti/Sb-SnO2 electrode was used in the electrochemical degradation of methyl orange(MO) in water.Our study shows the electrochemical potential,electrolysis time and the initial concentration of MO have great effect on the electrochemical degradation of MO.The decolorization rate reached 100% after 10 min of electrolysis,while only 86.2% TOC removal was achieved for 60 min electrolysis.
