菌剂预处理原料对沼气发酵效果的影响

摘　　要：采用酶活快速筛选法进行菌株水解性能初筛,获得纤维酶水解圈≥3 cm的菌株共35株,对这35株菌进行CMC酶活测定,最终得到2株优良高水解性能菌株Z026和Z027,初步鉴定为曲霉属;以菌株Z026和Z027制成发酵菌剂与市售菌剂A和B进行发酵效果对比。结果表明,自制菌剂具有优良发酵性能;对发酵试验pH及总糖、总酸、固形物质量浓度等指标进行测定,证明发酵菌剂对沼气发酵有明显促进作用。The primary sieving for hydrolysis performance of strain proceeded by the enzyme fast screening method,and totally obtained 35 strains that the fiber enzyme hydrolysis circle were greater than 3 cm.Then we tested their CMC enzyme,and finally obtained 2 high hydrolysis performance strain Z026 and Z027,the preliminary evaluation are Aspergillus;The strains were used to prepare a microbial inoculum which was compared with microbial inoculum A and B.The result showed that this microbial inoculum has a fine fermentation performance;The fermentation experiment was confirmed that the fermentation microbial inoculum can significantly increase biogas fermentation.
