尾加压素Ⅱ水平与肝硬化食管静脉曲张的关系研究

摘　　要：目的研究尾加压素Ⅱ(UⅡ)与肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张的关系。方法选择62例肝炎肝硬化门脉高压患者(肝硬化组)和23例健康体检人员(对照组),检测两组的UⅡ水平及门静脉血流充血指数(CI),分析UⅡ与食管胃底静脉曲张及门静脉CI的关系。结果肝硬化组门静脉CI及血浆UⅡ水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随食管静脉曲张程度的加重,CI和血浆UⅡ水平逐渐增高,各组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。UⅡ与门静脉CI呈正相关(r=0.843,P<0.01)。结论 UⅡ在肝硬化门脉血流动力学紊乱的形成中起重要作用,UⅡ与食管静脉曲张的形成有密切关系。Objective To explore the relationship between plasma urotensinⅡ（UⅡ） level and the degree of esophageal varices in cirrhotic patients.Methods Totally 62 patients with liver cirrhosis were enrolled,with 23 normal healthy volunteers as the controls,and the plasma UⅡ level and portal vein congestive index（CI） were detected.Then the association of the UⅡ level with degree of esophageal varices and CI was analyzed.Results The plasma UⅡ level and portal vein CI in the cirrhotic patients were significantly higher than those in the normal controls（P0.05）.As the esophageal varicosity became severer,the levels of CI and plasma UⅡ also got increased,and there was significant difference among groups with different grades of varicocity（P0.05）.The plasma UⅡ concentration was found to be positively correlated with CI（r=0.843,P0.01）.Conclusion The plasma UⅡ is of an important role in the formation of portal hypertension in hepatic cirrhosis and it is closely related with formation of esophagus vein varices.
