理解美军需求生成机制典型误区分析

摘　　要：指出当前国内在介绍美军需求生成机制及作为其工程化实现的联合能力集成与开发系统（joint capabilities integration and development system,JC-IDS）的过程中,因缺乏深入研究而导致在理解方面存在6个典型误区。逐一论述了这些误区的错误所在、产生原因及合理的理解方式,对于我军正确认识美军的需求生成机制并从中汲取经验,进而建立符合我军实际的装备需求论证机制具有一定现实意义。It is pointed out that there are some mistakes on apprehending the US Army requirements generation mechanism,and in the process of joint capabilities integration and development system（JCIDS） because of lacking in deeply analysis on it.Six typical mistakes are brought forward,and where are wrongs,why does it generate,what are right comprehension about these mistakes are discussed one by one.These have some meanings for our army to correctly understand the US Army requirements generation mechanism and to build our equipment requirements demonstration mechanism which meeting the practice of our army.
