摘  要:目的 编制女医师工作压力源量表,为调查了解女医师工作压力来源提供量化工具.方法 在文献研究、个人访谈、专家咨询、问卷调查的基础上编制女医师工作压力源量表,并对北京、安徽两地七家二、三级医疗机构中260名女医师进行了试测.结果 量表编制符合预期设计,探索性因子分析量表模型的检验拟和指标良好,总量表Cronbacha α系数为0.954,分半信度为0.857,各分量表Cronbacha α系数为0.699~0.920.效标效度检验相关系数为0.341.结论 初步研究表明,量表信、效度指标良好,该量表可以推广使用.Objective To develop a female physicians job stress scale with the hope to provide a quantitation tool to better understanding the sources of stress for female physicians.Methods A female physicians job stress scale was developed based on literature research,interviews,expert advice,and questionnaires.A total of 260 female physicians from seven medical institutions(class II or III) of Beijing or Anhui were tested.Results Results from exploratory factor analysis and scale model test were satisfiable.with a total table Cronbacha α coefficient of 0.954,and split-half reliability was 0.857,Cronbacha α coefficient of subscales ranged between 0.699 and 0.920.Test criterion validity correlation coefficient was 0.341.Conclusion The study shows that the reliability,validity and efficiency of the female physicians job stress scale are satisfiable so that the scale is qualified to be widely used.
