摘 要:采用全瞬态高压蒸发模型,在考虑液滴内部流动、高压气液平衡、气相溶解及高压属性修正等高压非理想因素条件下,仿真分析了喷雾液滴高压非稳态蒸发特性,得到了环境条件及各种高压非理想因素对液滴生存时间的影响。结果表明:随着环境压力的增大,液滴内部将一直处于非稳态加热过程,气体溶解量增大,蒸发初期的膨胀过程更加明显,半径变化不再服从D2定律;在高温环境下,提高环境压力有利于缩短液滴生存时间,但在低温环境下,提高环境压力反而会延长液滴生存时间;高压环境下忽略气相溶解的影响,会略微延长液滴生存时间,而忽略气相高压物理属性修正及液滴内部流动的影响,将明显缩短液滴生存时间。On the condition of considering the influence of droplet internal flow,high pressure gas-liquid equilibrium,gas solution and high pressure properties correcting,the unsteady evaporation characteristics at high pressure ambient,the varying relation between droplet lifetime and ambient condition and several high pressure non-ideal factors has been simulated and analyzed using transient high pressure evaporation model.The results show that the droplet would endure unstable heating all along,the amount of gas solution would increase gradually,the droplet swelling is much more noticeable at the beginning of evaporation,and the radius variation doesn't obey D2 law anymore along with the increase of ambient pressure.Increasing the ambient pressure is in favor of shortening droplet lifetime at high temperature ambient;however,it would prolong droplet lifetime at low temperature ambient.Ignoring the influence of gas solution would increase the droplet lifetime appreciably,but ignoring high pressure property correcting and droplet internal flow would decrease the droplet lifetime greatly.
