重庆市两项西医卫生适宜技术的培训及使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解重庆市两项西医卫生适宜技术(慢性阻塞性肺疾病规范化防治和小儿支气管哮喘规范化防治技术)的培训效果及推广使用情况,为今后进一步的相关适宜技术培训推广提供参考意见。方法对参加了重庆市卫生适宜技术培训的4个项目县(忠县、荣昌、铜梁、璧山)县、乡(镇)卫生机构的呼吸内科医生进行问卷调查。结果参加培训的人员学历、职称偏低,学历以大专为主,职称以初级为主。面上培训方面,有80%以上的人认为这两项适宜技术比较适用,有95%以上的人能听懂专家的授课,有70%以上的人能应用所培训的技术;跟进培训后,在技术的适用程度、专家的授课、技术的掌握程度、再培训需求等方面,被培训人员的评价均有很大程度的改善,与面上培训间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。推广使用后,患者反映整体效果较好。结论跟进培训的效果优于面上培训,慢性阻塞性肺疾病规范化防治和小儿支气管哮喘规范化防治技术是适用性强、基层医生和患者易于接受的两项西医卫生适宜技术。Objective To understand the effect of training and application of two health appropriate technologies（The standardized prevention and treatment technologies of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and bronchial asthma） in Chongqing so as to provide reference for further spread of training on the related health appropriate technologies.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among all the respiratory physicians form county and town medical organizations in 4 project counties（Zhongxian,Rongchang,Tongliang,Bishan） who participated the training on health appropriate technologies in Chongqing.Results The doctors trained had lower professional title and education background,or primary professional title and junior college education.In centralizing training,more than 80% of them thought the technologies were applicable,and more than 95% could understand the lecture given by the exprts,and more than 70% were able to apply the techniques.After the following up training,the doctors′ satisfaction was significantly improved about the appropriate degree of the techniques,understanding degree of the experts′teaching,mastering degree of the techniques,and demand for further training（P0.05）.Conclusion Following-up-training is better than centralizing training.The standardized prevention and treatment technologies of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and bronchial asthma have a good applicability,and the doctors and patients at the basic unit are willing to accept the two health appropriate technologies in Chongqing.
