摘　　要：目的评价健康管理对无症状高尿酸血症患者的影响。方法应用健康管理学流程对45例无症状高尿酸血症患者进行干预。结果无症状高尿酸血症患者对疾病相关知识的了解明显提高(P<0.01),血尿酸指标明显下降(P<0.05)。结论健康管理是防治无症状高尿酸血症的重要策略,经济有效。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of health management on hyperuricemia patients without any symptom.Methods 45 hyperuricemia patients without any symptom was intervened with health man-agement process.ResuIts It showed that health management process could increase the knowledge about h-yperuricemia patients without any symptom（P0.01）,and their uric acid decreased significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion Health management is an important strategy in prevention and treatment on hyperuricemia pati-ents without any symptom,The study obtains the good economic and social benefits.
